Yes, SwoLifts is free to download, and all core features — workout logging, progress tracking, templates, and data export — are free to use. Optional premium features, such as cloud sync, may be offered in the future.

No. SwoLifts is fully offline. All your data is stored locally on your device. You don't need an account or internet connection to use any feature.

Go to Settings and tap "Export Workout Data." This creates a ZIP file containing your workouts, custom exercises, and templates as CSV files. You can save this file anywhere and import it back into SwoLifts at any time. The Import & Export Guide includes blank and example CSV templates for desktop editing.

Yes. Go to Settings and toggle your preferred unit. The app will convert all displayed weights automatically. Your data is always stored in kilograms internally for consistency.

SwoLifts is currently available on Android only. We're focused on making the Android experience great first, but an iOS version may be considered in the future.
